What can I do if I have forgotten my password?
Resetting your password is simple.
If you have forgotten your password, the simplest way to reset it is via the Sign In button on your organization's instance.
- In your organization's instance, click on the Sign In button in the top right hand corner of the page.
- When prompted to sign in with your username and password, instead select the "Click here" button next to the "Forgot password?" prompt.
- This will bring up a tab in which you can input the email address your account is registered with.
- After submitting this, you will shortly receive an email to that address, with a link and instructions for how to proceed. When following the link you will be taken to a page in which you can set a new password.
- Once you have entered your new password and clicked the "Reset" button, you will automatically be logged in to your Podaris account. Your password will now be updated and you will need to use this new password to log in again in future.
