Interfaces in Podaris

Podaris has three distinct interfaces, intended for different purposes:

• Podaris:Plan -- for rapidly editing and creating street and transport networks, joining and viewing datasets and tilesets, and running quick isochrone and other analyses. All projects created that are not Podaris:Insight projects use Podaris:Plan if you have edit or higher access.

• Podaris:Insight -- a fully featured geospatial routing engine to run a whole host of accessibility analyses on the transport networks imported or created in Podaris:Plan.

• Podaris:Engage -- for engaging stakeholders such as those outside your organisation or even members of the public, who can leave georeferenced comments on each scenario. If you do not have edit access on a Podaris:Plan project, your project will open in Podaris:Engage.

Together, the three interfaces enable every part of the strategic transport planning process to be done inside Podaris: from planning to analysis to stakeholder review.
