Project Information Panel UI Overview

For all tools that have properties, this sidebar will show any available Tool properties -- (information/settings for the currently active tool), then beneath them, the following panels:

• Overview -- View high-level information about your project
• Layers -- Add and manage project layers
• Comments -- Browse all project comments
• Collaborators -- Add and manage project collaborators
• Views -- Add and manage project views
• History -- View and manage the project revision history
• Services -- Create and manage scheduled services
• References -- Import existing networks from other projects
